These are typical times under normal courier conditions. Festivals, local strikes, and extreme weather can occasionally add a day. For your peace of mind, always order 3–5 days before your function date — not 1 day.

What About Remote or Tier-2/3 Cities?

We deliver pan-India — including smaller cities, towns, and rural pincodes. However, for non-metro pincodes, delivery can take 3–5 days rather than 1–2. Always share your exact pincode on WhatsApp and we'll confirm the expected delivery time before you pay.

We've delivered to pincodes in Nagaland, Manipur, Uttarakhand, and remote Rajasthan — it takes longer, but it reaches. Ask us to check serviceable status for your pincode if you're not in a major city.

Rush Orders — Less Than 48 Hours Notice

Sometimes you realise 2 days before the function that you need bags. Here's what we can do:

• For Mumbai, Pune, Surat, Vadodara, Ahmedabad (same city): Same-day or next-day delivery is often possible.
• For Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad: Dispatch same day (if ordered before noon) + 1–2 days delivery = possible to receive in 2 days total.
• For Kolkata and northeast India: 2-day rush isn't realistic — minimum 3–4 days total.

What to Do If Your Parcel is Delayed

Courier delays are rare but they do happen — usually during Diwali week, Durga Puja period, or severe weather. If your expected delivery date passes without delivery:

1. Check the tracking number first — sometimes the parcel is "out for delivery" and just taking longer than the estimate.
2. WhatsApp us the tracking number — we can often escalate with the courier's business team faster than individual customers can.
