Ordering

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our minimum order quantity is 50 pieces per design, and this applies across organza bags, potli bags, jute bags, velvet pouches and packaging bags. You can mix designs in one order as long as each design meets the 50-piece minimum. Custom printed bags have a 500-piece minimum per design. Want to check quality first? We offer sample packs of 10–20 pieces at retail price.

Can I get custom printed bags?

Yes. We print logos, brand names, event names and personalised messages on organza, jute and BOPP bags, with a minimum of 500 pieces per design. Single-colour and multi-colour screen printing is available in any Pantone shade. Turnaround is 7–10 business days after artwork approval. Send your artwork (PNG or PDF, 300 DPI minimum) with quantity and bag type on WhatsApp (+91 8000097772) — we share a digital proof and firm quote within 24 hours.

How do I get a bulk quote?

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. Typical delivery times: metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) 2–3 business days; Tier-2 cities (Pune, Jaipur, Surat, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Chandigarh) 3–4 business days; smaller towns 5–7 business days. We ship via DTDC, Delhivery, BlueDart and Ecom Express, and you receive a tracking number on WhatsApp or email once dispatched. For wedding, festival or corporate deadlines, tell us your required date — we prioritise such orders at no extra charge wherever possible.

Do you ship outside India?

Standard shipping covers every state and union territory in India. International shipping is available for bulk wholesale orders (typically 500+ pieces) via freight forwarders — contact us with your country, quantity and product details for a freight quote.

Bulk & GST

Do you provide GST invoices?

Yes, every order ships with a proper GST invoice. We are a GST-registered business in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and our invoices include GSTIN, HSN codes, product details and unit prices — accepted for input tax credit (ITC) claims. Proforma invoices, invoices in a specific company name, or invoices split across billing addresses can all be arranged.

What is the starting wholesale price?

Plain organza bags start at ₹6/pc at 50 pcs, dropping to ₹4/pc at 1,000+ pcs. Printed organza bags run ₹10/pc (50 pcs) to ₹8/pc (500 pcs). Jute bags start from ₹12/pc, velvet pouches from ₹18/pc, and embroidered potli bags from ₹38/pc. All prices include 12% GST; shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and pin code. Orders of 500+ pieces get 10–20% additional discounts, and 1,000+ pieces qualify for our best wholesale rates.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and sale items are not refundable. Exchanges are provided for defective or damaged items.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we email you the approval status. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method — typically within 4–7 days. If a refund seems delayed, check with your bank or card issuer first, then contact us at support@dmsretail.in.
